WHAT IS DELTA-8 THC?
Delta-8 THC is a new psychoactive cannabinoid similar to Delta-9 THC. Delta-8 THC is known for similar euphoric effects to Delta-9 THC but are more mild. More notably are Delta-8’s, anti-nausea, anti-anxiety, appetite stimulating and stress reducing properties.

LEGALITY
IS DELTA-8 LEGAL?
Yes, Delta 8 is federally legal in the United States. This because all of Little High’s products contain only Delta-8 THC that is made from 100% hemp extract. Hemp is fully legal to manufacture, distribute, and sell to consumers within the United States.
This is due to the 2018 Farm Bill which classifies that “Hemp” is any cannabis plant containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC and is legal for all purposes under federal law.
IS DELTA-8 LEGAL IN MY STATE?
Delta-8 is Legal to sell in 32 out of 50 states in the United States.
Unfortunately, 18 States have banned the sale of Delta-8 THC.
Those 18 States where Delta-8 is banned are:
Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont.
If your state is not listed, then Delta-8 is legal to purchase in your state.
IS IT LEGAL TO HAVE DELTA-8 THC SENT THROUGH THE MAIL
Yes, Delta-8 products can be sent through the United States Postal Service (USPS) legally. In a statement, USPS clarified that hemp products such as CBD and Delta-8 THC can legally be shipped within the United States
